Ahh how on earth did you get the key for it? I went into an Audi dealer, the V10 R8 was locked, asked if they could open it and said "they don't let children in!!!!" PAH.

There are many things I need to read up on. Like how to not be a fatarse. Either way, I said to a mate about this and he told me that.

German plated Mk2 Golf GTI. Full rollcage, looked properly sorted, sat on coilovers with properly set up camber. Sounded evil as well, like it had cam work and a massive turbo.

It would definately be worth it. Age is not a factor these days, well, not in terms of eligibility or anything, only thing that's different is that at your age you'd likely have to pay for it.

Clutch master cylinder or something is probably stuck. Your clutch probably feels normal because from the pedal to the master cylinder is fine. You don't actually push the clutch you push some fluid which goes to the master cylinder which pushes the clutch. It's mainly pedal>cylinder which affects feel rather than cylinder to clutch.

You answered your question in the OP, IMO "Went to pull away, felt clutch bite but then give up"...probably need a new clutch. Job done.

I did consider a virus at first but these tend to be genuinely random. The OP's issues are seemingly linked with computer usage and stress.

If you think about it, not all viruses are out for financial benefit or some sort of botnet for use in random hackings. Sometimes people just like pissing other people off.

Yeah that is too high. Make sure the fans are OK and there's no build up of dust as I mentioned. If everything looks OK, then I'd recommendy following MadCat's instructions. If you are in any way not sure of what to do, either spend a good hour reading a guide (I'm too lazy to find one) or take it to a qualified computer technician.

My Q6600 doesn't get that hot and there's a nuclear reactor for a graphics card (in terms of heat not performance) about 1 inch from it. Also I haven't cleaned the case for over a year. :> Problem?
